Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy
Disclaimer
1. Scope
This policy governs disputes arising between users (e.g., a tourist and a host) of the Morocco Host platform. Morocco Host is not a party to these disputes but provides this framework to facilitate resolution.
2. Initial Resolution Attempt
Users agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute directly with each other through our platform's messaging system. A good faith effort must be made to communicate and find a mutual resolution before escalating the issue.
3. Formal Complaint
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly within 14 days, either party may file a formal complaint with Morocco Host through our Complaints Page. The complaint must include evidence, such as screenshots of communications and a detailed description of the issue.
4. Mediation
Morocco Host may, at its discretion, offer non-binding mediation to help resolve the dispute. We will review the evidence submitted by both parties and may propose a resolution. Our role is to facilitate, not arbitrate.
